Instructions:

• Select a file for upload by using the Browse button to search your local drive.
  
  

• The image must be in JPEG (.jpg) format, and must be less than 100k in size.
  
  

• Once you've selected the image and return to this screen, click the Continue button (only once) to begin uploading the picture.
  
  

• The progress bar in the status line of the browser window shows the upload progress.
  
  

• A new screen will load and display the image when the upload is complete.
  
  
  

  

Do not click the Continue button more than once, or the upload will start over.
